Terms of Service

Welcome to ValueGrowth Lead. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, information products, and goods in the context of value centered leadership growth. By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

1.1 Coaching and Workshops

ValueGrowth Lead provides customized one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, and training programs focused on value centered leadership growth. All bookings are confirmed upon full payment.

Refunds

One-on-one coaching sessions are tailored to each participant and are therefore not eligible for a refund. Group workshops may be rescheduled with notice at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. In cases where a workshop is canceled by ValueGrowth Lead, participants may request a credit toward a future session or a refund.

2. Info Products

Digital materials including guides, templates, and video courses are delivered immediately upon purchase and accessed through our platform.

Refunds

Because digital materials are accessible instantly and can be duplicated, they are not eligible for a refund once delivery has occurred. If you encounter technical issues accessing content, please contact us within 7 days for support via Contact Form.

3. Goods

Physical materials such as workbooks and printed guides are available for purchase and ship from our facility with tracking details.

Refunds and Replacements

To request a replacement or credit, please ship back the goods in original, unused condition and submit your request within 30 days of delivery via Contact Form. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We will process replacements or credits within 14 business days of confirmation of receipt.

4. Refund Process

To request any eligible refund, submit your order details and reason for request through our Contact Form. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the following timeframes: services and info products within 7 business days, goods within 14 business days of confirmation of receipt. If processing to the original method is not possible, alternative credit options may be offered.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule service bookings with notice. For one-on-one coaching, notify at least 48 hours before the session. Failure to do so will forfeit the session fee. Group sessions require 7 days notice for any change.

6. Limitation of Liability

ValueGrowth Lead and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or special exclusion except as required by applicable law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
